Learners will understand how to use the CVD Risk Screening, Recall and Treatment Report to identify, stratify, and prioritise patients at risk by interpreting consolidated clinical and MBS data.
They will develop skills to proactively manage care gaps by recognising overdue risk factors, unmet clinical targets, and missing guideline‑recommended therapy.
Learners will also apply the report’s filtering, sorting, and export tools to support coordinated follow‑up, plan recalls, review upcoming appointments, and identify relevant MBS opportunities.
