You are invited to attend our inaugural Healthy Ageing Conference for primary healthcare providers - general practitioners, practice nurses and allied health professionals providing clinical care to older adults in the community. 

This full day of CPD education aims to empower health professionals to support patients to live well for longer in the community.

  • Prevention of cognitive decline, post diagnostic and ongoing management of dementia 
  • Addressing what is important to older adults, social prescribing and intergenerational programs
