We would like to invite GPs, practice nurses, and practice staff to our upcoming Primary Sense Lunch & Learn Series.

For General Practices to:

• Adoption of the Primary Sense Tool: Practices will learn how to integrate the Primary Sense tool into everyday practice

• Utilisation of extracted data for Health Assessments: Practices will develop skills to use extracted data for Health Assessments to support continuous quality improvement.

• Clinical Auditing and Reporting: Practices will be able to conduct clinical audits and generate reports to review performance and measure outcomes , ensuring high standard of care.
