We would like to invite GPs, practice nurses, and practice staff to our upcoming Primary Sense Lunch & Learn Series.
1. Data Identification and Cohort Analysis - By the end of this session, participants will be able to use Primary Sense reports to identify and define female patient cohorts based on age, risk factors, and clinical indicators.
2. Interpretation of Women’s Health Data for Quality Improvement - Participants will be able to interpret Primary Sense women’s health data to identify care gaps and inform targeted quality improvement activities.
3. Application of Data to Improve Clinical Outcomes - Participants will be able to apply insights from Primary Sense reports to design, implement, and evaluate interventions that improve health outcomes for female patients.
