Overview

We are inviting nurses working in general practices across the Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, Lithgow, and Penrith LGAs to attend the inaugural General Practice Nurse Education Day at Springwood Sports Club on Friday, 24 May 2024. 

One of the three primary roles of PHNs nationally is to work closely with health professionals to build the capacity of the health workforce to deliver high-quality care. PHNs also develop workforce skills through education and training in supporting health services. The General Practice Nurse Education Day 2024 will build capacity in and develop the workforce skills of nurse attendees; this event will provide a CPD opportunity for attendees.
